Rida Ben Mansour, Executive Chef has worked under Lorne for the past nine years with a similar passion for quality food and dedication to our gluten free menus. You can expect the same wholesome cooking and fresh cuisine as always - soups, stocks, sauces, dressings & desserts are made in-house using the freshest ingredients possible.
